Getting Started

The design of the project and the defintion of its processes significantly influence its future success. Should you plan to take us on as the partner for project management, we offer support and advise right from the first stage of proposal preparation with our great experience and drive.

Our collaboration with the EU Commission has been very successful over the past years. We also work together closely with national contact points and other sources and can provide you with up-to-date information on topical calls.

Our management tool :milliarium is designed in line with the relevant EU regulations. It provides templates for the requested tables complying with formal criteria and financial guidelines.

Our preparatory work – like yours – is funded only after the approval of the project by the EU Commission.

Having mastered this first challenge together and having received an invitation to negotiations, much organisational and administrative work remains to be done before the start of the project:

• Consortium Agreement
• Grant Agreement
• Technical Annex
• Formation of a sustainable finance plan
• Acquisition of legally-effective documents from all partners

In addition, a number of lists, declarations, and calculations are requested by the EU Commission with which we have a lot of experience.
