Our young and dedicated team is looking for a motivated and cheerful project manager
Motivated and humerous project manager
- You take on the management of an EU funded research project. You are responsible for all tasks involved (contract negotiation, administrative and finanacial management, reporting)
- Your are the main point of contact for all partners involved, you respond to calls and advise on problems - everything in English
- You professionally organise and carry through project meetings and international congresses.
- You plan and coordinate all different steps and tasks involved with the assistance of :milliarium, our project management tool.
- You support the scientific project coordinator in the cost management and the required formalities.
What we expect?
- Third level degree and experience with the planning and coordination of complex projects (incl financial managment). Ideally you have experience with EU funded research projects.
- Experience in working with scientists and research institutions; perfect presentation skills.
- Self-motivation, self-organisation and the ability to structure various tasks.
- Experience in the organisation of meetings
- Team orientation and a sense of humour
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and the Internet; quick grasp of new software tools.
