High-performance project management even before project kick-off

We offer you our advice and support right from the first early stages in preparing a project proposal.

Our EU project Management-Information-System :milliarium is geared to the relevant the EU-regulations and provides the requisite tables in the correct form, ready to be inserted in the proposal. Conformity with formal criteria and financial guidelines can be entrusted to us.

Our cooperation with the EU Commission has been a very successful one over the past years. We do also work together closely with the national contact points and would be happy to place our expertise at your disposal.

Our preparatory work – like yours – is funded only after the approval of the project by the EU Commission.

After clearing this first hurdle together and receiving an invitation to negotiations, much organisational and administrative work remains to be done before the start of the project:

• Formation of a sustainable finance plan
• Acquisition of legally-effective documents from all partners

In addition, numerous lists, declarations and calculations are demanded over and over again by the EU Commission. However, our experience shows that this effort is worth it. The more precisely the work packages, milestones, responsibilities and 'rules of play' are defined, the more efficiently can the project put its foot on the gas and get going.
