 Directory

In :milliarium all project members are listed with their telephone numbers and email addresses. It is also easy to identify your partner institutions abroad and the participating researchers. This dispenses with time-consuming searches for contact information.

 Proposal

A great deal of financial and administrative data is required from all participants. :milliarium manages all the data and generates the correct tables which can be inserted directly into the proposal. The cumbersome formatting and integrating of numerous Excel spreadsheets becomes a thing of the past.

 Project

:milliarium not only acts as a "project memory" but also as a central document archive. All milestones, deliverables and tasks, along with their relevant deadlines, are stored in the same structure as in the Technical Annex, sorted according to work packages. If a milestone has been revised, the status is changed by the person responsible. So every participant has immediate access to the current progress of the project. Lists and tabular overviews can be created very simply according to various sorting criteria.  

 Finances

In the finance section of :milliarium the accumulated costs are entered by using a simple input mask. Regulations from the finance guidelines concerning tax, cost models, direct and indirect costs etc. are stored and automatically included in calculations. Therefore, the user immediately sees the EC contribution and is in the position to control the project budget. Various finance forms, like Form C, Summary Financial Report or pre-completed reporting modules, can be downloaded by mouse click, saving great amounts of time. :milliarium also guarantees that financial calculations are carried out correctly and that forms are filled in correctly.
