For this, three essential criteria need to be taken into account:

Support by GABO:mi – from the start

GABO:mi already supports you with calculating the budget in the  proposal phase:

• Calculation of the whole budget
• Allocation of funds to the partners and cost categories
• Exact calculation of funding rates (  Additional information about funding rates).

In order to reach ideal support when carrying out this task, all necessary information is collected with specific templates. Along with the templates, you receive exact explanations with deadlines. Thus, your project partners can deliver this information easily with minimum effort. Of course, we do not mind getting in touch directly with your administration (or the administrations of the single partners). This way, you are disburdened at most and have more time for research.

We ensure compliance with the current guidelines of the European Commission and guarantee an adherence of all deadlines. On a further note, we take care of entering all data in the systems of the European Commission.

Finance management in the course of a project

After successful contract negotiations with the European Commission and the start of the project, GABO:mi continues to support  you in all financial issues:

• Calculations of the amounts to be transferred to the partners after payment by the European Union
• Support in all financial queries
• Continuous controlling of the finances during the entire project duration
• Reporting to the EC Additional information about Reporting to the EC

All these tasks are carried out in close cooperation with the Coordinator.

It is also important that the finances are continuously monitored during the whole project duration. For this we use our project management tool   :milliarium. This has been designed specifically for the requirements of European research projects. Thus, it is tailored for your projects.
